All designs on this site are unique, and we're giving you the right to use it at your free will, except for (re)selling them as a templates. However, you're free to sell the work you made using these templates.

Editing Software: All HTML and CSS files can be opened in any HTML editor. Some of the most popular editors are Macromedia Dreamweaver®, Microsoft Frontpage® and Adobe® GoLive®, but you can use any other editor you like.
To open PSD files you will need Photoshop 7.0 for Mac or PC. However, you should be able to use version 6.0 also. |

HTML Templates includes all files ready for a web - HTML file(s), image files in GIF and/or JPEG format, StyleSheet (CSS) file(s), Photoshop (PSD) file(s) and Fonts that are used in the template. |

PSD Templates includes Photoshop (PSD) file(s) and Fonts that are used in the template. |

Html Headers includes all headers files ready for a web - Html file(s), images files in Gif and/or JPEG format, Stylesheet (CSS) file, Photoshop (PSD) files, and and the fonts that are used in the header. |
